Barista/waitress

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of coffee beverages to our customers. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure that each customer receives an exceptional experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare coffee beverages according to their preferences
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
- Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee beverages by following established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
