**About the Opportunity**

**Marketing and Communications Coordinator**
- Lead on press campaigns for new David Zwirner Books (DZB) titles & mail new titles to press.
- Design press releases for DZ London and DZ Paris exhibitions.
- Coordinate ad placements in UK publications in tandem with NY colleagues.
- Liaise with museum press offices and PR agencies to obtain press materials for third-party exhibitions and projects.
- Oversee digital end-of-show exhibition packages for artists and estates.
- Monitor arts and general press on a daily basis & share with the London team as necessary.
- Work with NY marketing colleagues on promotional needs around DZL public events.
- Arrange & develop VIP events and offers for media partners, prioritizing qualified lead-generation.

**What you’ll do**
- Respond to selected press enquiries as requested by the DoC.
- Coordinate exhibition press kits for exhibitions and art fairs and update internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Maintain publication subscriptions and log-in details for DZL.
- Maintain DZL press contact lists in the gallery’s database.
- Take notes pertaining to DZL and DZP during the weekly global communications meeting.
- Save and file relevant press clippings for DZL and DZP and maintain the DZL press archive (with support from the Marketing Intern).
- Submit monthly expenses for the DoC and the Marketing & Communications Manager in Paris while liaising with the finance department on invoices & new vendor details for DZL and DZP.
- Serve as operational lead on DZL public events and develop VIP invite lists, with relevant gallery directors, to include key contacts at museums & other cultural partners.
- Support private events i.e client dinners as needed.
- Assist with the creation of all event invitations with the external designer.

**What we would like you to have**
- 1-2 years experience of working within a marketing and or communications team.
- Undergraduate degree.
