APSFM: Provide first class property maintenance in the Scotland. We are a leading property maintenance company, providing quality service and Technical Engineer to various sectors which include, retail, commercial, offices, leisure and petrol forecourts.

Anderson Property services are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Joiner/ Engineer to join our team with immediate effect.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Joiner or Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with relevant experience in the following trades (Joinery, Plumbing, Tiling, Building Fabric) who has a varied knowledge of carrying out maintenance duties in a commercial & Retail environment. You would be responsible for the effective reaction to planned and un-planned maintenance issues at our clients properties, throughout central Scotland.
- A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
- Previous fabric maintenance in commercial environments, ideally Shops, offices.
- A HSE understanding
- Full UK Driver’s License - Clean
- Previous use of handheld technology Ideal but not essential(PDA) for all planned and reactive works

**The main duties include**:

- General property repairs such as Fencing, Ground Works, fixing carpet or ceiling tiles, door locks frames or handles
- Minor repairs to plumbing works
- Plastering and Tiling/Painting
- Fire door maintenance -Door closure repairs etc
- Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
- Completion of compliance/work sheets and obtain authorisation from the Client.
- Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard
- A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.50 - £15.50 per hour Depending on experience

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, South Lanarkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
