We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom and supporting our sales team.

**The Role**
As Sales Admin, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will be crucial in managing customer queries, organising the showroom, and supporting the sales team to achieve their goals. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise and manage the showroom, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
- Manage lead intake, book appointments and surveys.
- Collaborate closely with the accounts and ordering departments.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports and stay updated with new products and features.
- Handle telephone enquiries and assist with booking Warranty Requests.
- Provide exceptional aftersales support.
- Process orders and verify data accuracy, contacting clients for any missing information.
- Run daily office operations and perform various office duties.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent knowledge of customer service principles.
- Proficient IT skills.
- A friendly and personable demeanour.
- Ability to work as part of a team, along with independent working and contribute new ideas for efficiency.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
