**About us**:
The Bread Factory is a long-established business specialising in the production and distribution of high quality breads, pastries and cakes across the UK. We have an award winning artisan bakery that looks and operates differently and our goal is to make world class bread that everyone can enjoy. The company’s focus is on freshly baked artisan products, along with excellent customer service. Our Manchester business has been baking since 2017.

The role will include shaping, mixing and oven work across our full range of sourdoughs, baguettes and flavoured loaves.

**Our people tell us you will be a great addition to the team if you**
- Have at least two years experience making artisanal bread, including sourdough starters
- Are enthusiastic, reliable and great team players
- Can read, write and speak English
- Are able to work to tight deadlines
- Can carry out physical work

**Working Hours**:

- We are looking for full time bakers, working 9 hours per day, 5 days over a 7 week rota totalling 45 hours
- Shift time: 10:00am till finish
- Salary: £14
