Regulatory Paralegal

**JOB TITLE:

- Regulatory Paralegal - Locum**
**LOCATION:

- East Midlands**
**HOURLY RATE:

- £16.00 per hour**
**THE ROLE**:
The successful Regulatory Paralegal will join this busy membership body and provide immediate support for a minimum of one month with likelihood of extension. Supporting on a locum basis, the appointed Regulatory Paralegal will have conduct of their own caseloadof fitness to practice cases requiring investigation, assessment and the gathering of evidence. The key responsibility of this role is to progress complaints from reception to initial panel stage to include assessment, review and triage in a timely and effectivemanner.
**THE CANDIDATE**:
Applications are welcomed from confident and proactive Paralegals who have previous experience working in a regulatory / complaints environment. In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have a proven track record of being able to effectivelymanage a caseload of files and carry out investigatory activities to include gathering of evidence. Excellent communication skills are essential in order to be successful in this role.
