Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in meal preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Head Chef/Sous Chef
- Ensure food safety standards are met during all stages of food preparation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
- Be willing and able to deliver some week day services independetly, with the support of a Kitchen Porter
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Proficient in culinary skills and techniques
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
