Switchboard Operator

Well established and highly professional business in the central Truro area is looking to recruit an experienced Switchboard Operator to join their team.

**The Role/Duties**:

- You will provide a high-quality switchboard service to clients over the phone.
- You will be responsible for ensuring all incoming calls are answered in a timely, professional, friendly and courteous manner.
- You may be required to assist the management team in administrative tasks such as scanning, distribution of both physical and electronic documents and letters; as well as providing other administrative service and general reception duties as required.

**About You**:

- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on quality client care.
- You will be confident with operating a switchboard.
- You will be used to dealing with a busy and varied workload with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- You are highly organised, accurate, proactive, approachable and flexible.
- Previous experience of working in professional services is desirable but not essential.
