We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated person to join our team as a Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be the point of contact with the client and manging their day-to-day expectations and relaying this detail to other areas of the businesswith regards to design, production, delivery and staffing for some of the world’s largest brands & products.
Hybrid working is possible but there will be a requirement to be in the office at least 1-2 days per week. Client meetings at their place of work will also be required when needed.
**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Campaign Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the full cycle of high-profile integrated campaigns.
- Managing the client on their day-to-day objectives.
- Creative design for their product or brand in a multitude of differing environments.
- Detailed management of quote process.
- Detailed management of assigned budget and spending.
- Understanding of event asset design for certain environments.
- Managing timelines for each area of the campaign.
- Manging the process from design creation to onsite delivery.
- Co-ordinating suppliers, staff and resource for each festival / event.
- Informing directors of developments and reporting back each week.
- Delivering post campaign analysis with directors.

Magic Number was set up by a group of industry professionals with over 25 years’ experience in events, production, brand partnerships, and brand activation to re-write the book on how both rights holders and brands access each other's capabilities throughmutually beneficial sponsorship's, campaigns and experience’s.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Campaign Manager are:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within marketing agency/brand activations preferred.
- Clean Driving licence (required).
- Strong event project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Commercially astute.
- Happy to be away from home for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is key.
