Kitchen Porter

We are the hunt for a Kitchen porter to join our amazing team here at Grove Farm. You will be an energetic individual with a keen eye for detail and great organisational skills.
**Main Duties**:

- Adhering to a daily and weekly cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the kitchen are kept to the highest levels of cleanliness.
- Recieveing, unloading, putting away and organising food, consumable and equipment deliveries three times a week.
- Keeping all areas of the kitchen (Fridges, storage areas etc.) well organised to ensure all stock is correctly rotated to assist with correct ordering.
- Basic food preperation including but not limited to - Vegetable, salad, meat preparation as well as following prep and per levels.
- Washing and cleaning of all dirty crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment on a daily basis.
- Regular cleaning and maintenance of all potwashing equipment to ensure the highest efficiency and cleanliness of all crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.

Due to the nature of this role we are currently only looking to recruit over 18's to fill the positions we have available.
