**The Person**:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Commis Chef or similar role
- Passion for using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a lovely dining experience.
