**Legal Graduate Opportunity - Glasgow**

You'll start with a six-month contract, benefiting from comprehensive training and support from a sizable legal team across the UK.

- LLB (Hons) Graduate
- Prior experience in a Banking or Professional Services setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Calm, resilient, and a professional team player
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Ambitious and proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills

**What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?**
- Providing high-quality, efficient legal advice and support to internal stakeholders for negotiating and finalising various trading/derivatives contractual documentation
- Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting master agreement documentation on behalf of the bank, ensuring consistent legal risk management and regulatory compliance
- Conducting legal analysis on counterparty legal entity types and jurisdictions, advising on the inclusion of relevant bespoke terms
- Clear and concise communication internally and externally with clients and their counsel
- Assisting in the ongoing development of procedures, precedents, templates, user manuals, and training related to the mentioned areas of advice
