**SALES EXECUTIVE / COLCHESTER / £30,000 OTE + BENEFITS**

**Rose Calendars** have an exciting new opening for an enthusiastic and committed Sales Executive to join our sales team, based in Colchester.

We are a family business with 115 years of history and are the UK’s leading supplier of promotional calendars. We are dedicated to producing promotional products of the highest quality in a range of formats, suitable for any business to use for their marketing.

As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible for increasing a portfolio of customers who come to us for our award-winning products.

We offer a competitive basic salary, good commission structure and pension plan, in an excellent working environment. This is an opportunity to join a market leading organisation, with a focus on their people and will include ongoing training.

**What’s on Offer?**
- Remuneration of £30,000 on target earnings per annum
- Working hours, 8:30 am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
- 25 days’ holiday entitlement plus 8 bank holidays
- Free on-site parking
- Pension plan

**Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive role**:

- New business development, engaging in regular communication with customers and prospects.
- Learning about our products and advising on what is most appropriate to meet customer’s needs.
- Researching potential customers.
- Willingness to take on board and learn new skills/develop product knowledge.
- Manage and develop client relationships.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Excellent telephone manner and a willingness to help customers by building and maintaining long standing relationships.
- An enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed agreed targets.
- Experience with Microsoft packages.
- Experience within SME and B2B Sales and Account Management would be an advantage but not essential as train will be ongoing.
