Clinical Orderly

The post holder will work under direction to coordinate services in the department and work as part of the clinical team ensuring clean, safe and comfortable environment is maintained. To work closely with the Matron and Deputy Lead Practitioner in ensuring service standards are met.

Assist with the removal of the clinical waste bags and dirty surgical equipment. To remove the recycling waste bags and other recycling produced within Theatre Department.

To clean and stock items that are required within the Theatre complex.

To clean and clear the patient theatre trolleys when required.

Support the staff in Theatres with the clearing of the items when required.

To work alongside the Housekeeping team within the Theatre Department.
