**An exciting opportunity for a Locum Planning Solicitor to join a top 100 London law firm for 3 months on a hybrid working basis
The Opportunity**
Our client is an impressive top 100 law firm based in London, with numerous L500 recognised teams across the practice.
The firm are offering a flexible hybrid working set up, with 2-3 days per week remote working offered, with potential to increase this after a bedding in period.
**Responsibilities**
The successful Locum will assume responsibility for a caseload to include:

- Advising clients on planning aspects of acquisitions and disposals across the commercial, residential, retail and hotel sectors
- Acting for developers, landowners and funders on planning and highways agreements

The Locum Planning Solicitor will benefit from secretarial support.
**Benefits**
- Competitive pay circa £45 - £50 per hour
- Hybrid working set up, with 2 - 3 days per week remote working offered

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years' experience as a Locum Planning Solicitor gained either in private practice or within a local authority
- Experience handling busy and varied planning caseloads
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
