We currently have a vacancy for a **Mobile Property Caretaker**, working in a Team, around the **Cambridge, Hitchin, Biggleswade area**.

You will be picked up and dropped off daily, sometimes using the Vehicle owing to Holidays and sickenss, so a **FULL DRIVING LICENSE** is required (Minor points allowed)

**Key Points of the role**
- Core working hours are **8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday** **on site,** with extra hours sometimes required.
- You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
- You will carry out general ground's maintenance, adhoc and repairs.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
