We are recruiting a Senior Communications & Marketing Officer to design and lead our communications and marketing strategy for the North Shropshire portfolio.

**Salary**:£26,169 per annum

**Contract duration**:Fixed term contract for 2 years

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week, including some weekends and bank holidays

Attingham is a 4,000-acre estate located between the growing urban conurbations of Telford and Shrewsbury. The main site comprises a Georgian Mansion, Walled Garden, Pleasure Grounds, and Deer Park and has over 560,000 visitors per year. The portfolio covers Cronkhill Villa and Sunnycroft in Wellington. We’re one of the busiest properties in the National Trust and with local population growth expect to grow to a million visitors by 2032. What you'll be doing:Reporting to the Visitor Operations & Experience Manager, you’ll work alongside senior property colleagues to develop and share key messages through various communications channels. You'll have fresh ideas and a creative approach to share the stories of our properties and engage visitors in the work we do.

This is a varied and fast paced role, you'll enjoy working at pace and liaising with people. No two days will be the same, the role includes promotion of events and property themes, as well as joining our property duty management rota.

Who we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is great with people, who can quickly absorb information and produce creative and engaging marketing content, as well as planning and delivering reactive and proactive complex communications within a busy environment. You'll be dynamic and flexible and able to own the marketing activity across multiple sites within the portfolio. You'll:
