**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and build a client base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with estate agency market trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a successful estate agent.
- A driving license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- A passion for property and helping clients achieve their property goals.
