**What you can expect**

Full time permanent position

39 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8:00am to 1:00pm

**About the role**

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the day-to-day management of outbound vehicles to the dealer network.

Liaising with the dealer network, 3rd party logistics and EHG UK, the role is vital to ensure vehicles are delivered on time & in full to meet customer demands. You will be responsible for all transport coordination, administration and adherence to the distribution plan; to ensure daily and weekly dispatch targets are met.

As a direct link between EHG UK and our dealer network, as distribution planner you will be an advocate for EHG UK, ensuring the highest level of service, customer care and quality standards are delivered at all times.

**Key responsibilities**:

- The implementation, development and execution of distribution plan to meet EHG UK on time delivery & cost objectives
- Liaising with the dealer network to plan all self-collect deliveries to meet the business despatch targets
- Liaising with 3rd Party Logistics to plan all other outbound deliveries that meet the business despatch targets
- Ensuring effective collaboration with internal key stakeholders including Sales, Production, Factory Service Centre and Finance to feed into the despatch plan
- Ensuring strict adherence to all required operational daily/weekly/monthly tasks
- Supporting & contributing to relevant improvement initiatives within the business
- Supporting any other administrative tasks linked to the Pre-Delivery Inspection process i.e. fault clearing and locating vehicles on the compound

**What are we looking for?**
- IT literacy
- ERP/MRP experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail
- Accountable
- Ability to prioritise and be self sufficient
- Ability to recognise developing problems and put in place a plan of action to resolve issue/escalate
- Initiative for effective decision making
- Ability to build collaborative relationships

**Salary**

**Up to £28,000 per year
