At East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) we provide hospital and community health care services for Colchester, Ipswich, and local areas. Formed on 1 July 2018, ESNEFT is the largest NHS organisation in the region

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Respond to calls providing accurate and timely advice to staff and managers and staff on Covid 19 (e.g. self-isolating, testing) and other absences.
- Provide a proactive and responsive first point of contract to staff contacting the Helpdesk.
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
