We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to assist with the processing and administration of the payroll within our busy Human Resources Department. In this role, you will work with colleagues to assist with the smooth running and organisation of the office.

Duties for this role include
- Support the HR Administrator with daily/weekly administration tasks for the payroll & HR Department
- Data inputting into our ERP for Payroll Add ons and deductions
- Uploading and processing the payroll from ERP to Sage payroll
- Resolving wages queries
- Maintaining employee files ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Answering external calls and redirecting as appropriate
- Issuing of numerous reports to senior management.
- Ensuring all letters are issued to employees in a timely manner
- Adhoc administration when required

To succeed within this role, applicants will require;
- Must be proficient on Microsoft 365 especially Excel
- Attention to detail
- An ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm. Salary would be meet the minimum wage and be dependent on experience
