**_ What you'll do_**

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:

- You will have flare and passion for delivering exceptional service.
- You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the bar during their day. This includes cultivating relationships with all our guests, managing, leading and motivating our dynamic bar team, continually improving service & systems, maintaining all food & beverage standards and procedures in order to meet & exceed guest expectations and maximise business growth. All to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will lead and support the entire team by living our We Care Values to ensure our service is vibrant and engaging.
- You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and in dealing with challenges that may arise during the day.
