_**SENIOR INSOLVENCY ADMINISTRATOR**_

An experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator is required to come and join our growing team here in our modern and busy offices here in Bolton.

You will be working with the post appointment team, managing a portfolio of approximately 20,000 IVAs in a compliant and commercially successful manner.

As a senior insolvency administrator, you will be supporting the department with technical and complex queries and duties. You will also be responsible for auditing the work carried out within the team. In addition to this role, you will complete additional duties providing assistance to the Head of Department.

**Scope of the role.**
- Resolving customer, creditor and third party challenges
- Preparation of variation proposals
- Financial assessments
- Monitoring cases for defaults and implementing solutions for remedy where possible
- Regulatory reporting (e.g. annual reports, completion reports, termination reports)
- Regulatory compliance monitoring and feedback provided to administration support team
- Managing, maintaining and updating creditor relationships
- Convening and holding meetings with creditors - includes negotiations and chasing votes
- Specialising in complex IVAs (e.g. self-employed, business owners, difficult creditors)
- Providing technical assistance to all areas within the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
