**We’re hiring Upholsterers in Northampton**

- Salary: £12.48 plus £1300 Qtr Bonus
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Hours: 40 hours per week (06:30 - 15:00 or 07:30 - 16:00)

**Duties for the Upholsterer Role**:

- Using power and hand tools to build the entire sofa from start to finish.
- Attach finishes, including buttons, trim, and other decorative accessories, to complete orders according to specifications.
- Measure and cut fabric or leather pieces with the aid of patterns, stencils, and industrial cutting tools to precise sizes and dimensions.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all work with the ability to produce good quality work
- Fully skilled and experienced in all aspects of upholstery, including deep buttoning and fixed seating
- Ability to use own initiative, work fast and under pressure to meet production demands
- Flexible approach to working time to meet deadlines/peak workloads, team player
- Manual handling knowledge and physically fit to lift heavy loads.
