**Description**
Campion Insurances Ltd part of PIB group are pleased to share the following role within the PIB Group in Ireland based in SULLIVAN INSURANCE, Athlone, Co. Westmeath
This is a customer focused role. You will primarily oversee new and existing customers. You will provide outstanding customer service by handling each query in a timely manner, taking a high volume of calls, closing sales, negotiating terms with insurers wherenecessary and communicating with your Line Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets
- Achieving New Business targets and generating your own leads through cross-selling
- Generating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health products
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service
- Maintaining the highest compliance standards

**Key Qualifications & Skills required**
- CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
- RELAY software experience desired but not essential
- Proficient Microsoft office skills desired
