Trainee Funeral Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual looking for a career within a team of highly rated funeral professionals in the Gravesend area.

You must have a professional approach, be of immaculate appearance, possess excellent communication skills and have a totally flexible approach to the working week. This is NOT a 9-5 role. There will be on-call duties for evening and weekend working.

Full on the job training will be provided in every aspect of the funeral profession as well as potential for support to gain recognised qualifications through the National Association of Funeral Directors.

All duties will need to be covered, from arranging funerals, funeral and office administration, mortuary duties including care & preparation of the deceased, chauffeur/bearers duties, vehicle valeting and and collection of deceased persons.
