Designer - Roofing

A great opportunity has arisen for a Designer / CAD Technician to join a specialist construction company based in North London. The company are a leading contractor that focus on a range of roofing and cladding projects within the commercial and residentialsectors. They use modern techniques in order to complete projects from concept through to installation on new builds and refurbishments. Due to ongoing success and growth, the company are looking for a Designer / CAD Technician to join their friendly team.

**DesignerPosition Overview**
- Prepare design delivery programmes
- Design development in association with management and estimators
- Ensure full compliance of design with NHBC CWCT etc.
- Attend client meetings.
- Prepare procurement plans to ensure flow of materials to site as required.
- Deal with technical reports from cladding consultants on behalf of the clients

**DesignerPosition Requirements**
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of the UK Building Regulations
- Previous design experience within the construction industry
- Façade / building envelope experience (roofing and cladding highly advantageous)

**DesignerPosition Remuneration**
- Salary of £35,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
- Pension
- 20 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)
