We are hiring and looking for an energetic, dynamic and forward thinking Room Leader to join our small team.

Some of the Responsibilities which come with the role but are not limited to:

- Manage and monitor the care of children.
- Work with the nursery Deputy Manager to ensure the staff are following policies and procedures
- Working with other Room Leaders to support the forward movement of the nursery
- Organise events for the families
- Ensure activities within the room are well planned, organised and reflective, whilst maintaining the room is providing the needs for the children
- Maintain a pleasant and safe environment for the staff and children.
- Ensure the care of the children are to the highest standard at all times

The position comes with:
