**Position**: CNC Operator (Nights)

**Shift**: 12-hour shift, Monday to Thursday (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM)

**Hourly Pay**: Starting at £13.65 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC machines and saws efficiently and safely to produce high-quality products according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machines and saws for different materials and dimensions.
- Load and unload materials onto the saws, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.
- Monitor the cutting process, making necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for quality and identify any defects or issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the CNC machines and saws to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document production and quality data accurately and maintain records as required.

**Requirements**:

- Full training will be provided, however previous experience will be beneficial.
- Attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
- Flexibility to work the 12-hour shift schedule, Monday to Thursday.
