Role Description and Purpose The purpose of this role is to maintain a good level of contact with the customers. Working closely with the field sales and customers services team to ensure the customer has the best experience with us and that the businessobjectives are met.
- **Role Responsibilities**

? Liaise with the field, customer services and the customer

? Call the customer to offer a regular touch. Make sure they are satisfied with our services and discover the changes being made to their business over the coming year. Proactively promoting software update news to existing customers through regular telephoneupdates

? Maintain customer retention and growth

? Discover, create and close customer opportunities whist achieving the pillar targets and objectives. This will require excellent persuasion and negotiation skills with experience of B2B and dealing with key decision makers

? Liaise with 3rd parties and becomes an expert on your pillar to hit pillar objectives. Attend External training courses, take and pass any related qualification exams. You will be expected to do continual learning with the products as well as gain understandingon the eSuite in house modules we provide

? Gather the required data prior to any field based trips to site with the field sales

? Maintaining the existing database, keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. ? Planning and organisational skills

? Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated

? Hunt and gather new opportunities for the CRM pillar Core Skills It is expected that the ideal person will have the following core skills, at a level necessary to perform their duties effectively: A knowledge of CRM would be advantageous

? Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

? Proven skill and experience of the sales cycle

? Empathy, tolerance, patience and excellent interpersonal skills. ? Excellent planning and organisation
