Skip/roro Driver

We are looking for an experienced skip/ RORO driver to work within the East Sussex and Kent areas for our various clients.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- To undertake the safe, secure and efficient movement of materials and equipment required for the business
- Performing deliveries and collections to and from the customer sites, and other locations as required
- Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times to customers, the general public and other road users
- Check equipment is loaded/unloaded in a safe manner
- Ensure that the total payload does not exceed vehicle weight limited
- Use approved methods to secure the load of the vehicle
- Check paperwork to that delivery/collection loads are correct
- Ensure that all equipment on the vehicle is accounted for
- Visually inspect equipment being loaded and unloaded

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Must have skip experience
- RoRo experience is beneficial
- Holds a full driving licence valid in the UK, with no more than 6 points on Licence
- Holds a HGV Driving Licence
- Holds a CPC Licence
- Holds a Digi Taco Card
- Able to carry out manual handling tasks

**HOURS**
- Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

- Skips & RORO: 1 year (preferred)
