About this Role

Kirton Lindsey Primary School is looking for an outstanding Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our expanding team. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will work alongside the leadership and teaching team to provide the highest quality learning and support to children across the school, particularly in our KS1 classes.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:

- Demonstrate your knowledge and skills in supporting children, including those with additional needs, to foster and maintain children’s interest in learning - addressing misunderstandings and misconceptions.
- Provide sensitive and empathetic pastoral support to all children.
- Provide stretch and challenge to all children to raise aspirations and attainment.
- Promote high standards of achievement and progress for all children.
- Promote high standards of behaviour for all children.
