Asbestos Surveyor

**Description**:
We are actively seeking a driven, professional, qualified and focused lead asbestos surveyor to join our growing team.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has 5 years experience in a lead surveyor role and a knowledge of UKAS accredited reports and requirements.

A good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and good IT skills are essential alongside a good verbal and written communication with the ability to talk to clients.

Job Role;
Asbestos surveying and sampling for all types of properties throughout the UK but primarily in the Midlands and South.

Assisting the teams with day to day duties and ongoing contracts on all types of property. Willing to travel to assist ongoing national work.

Data input into inhouse asbestos software and checking CAD plans.

Dealing with client enquiries.

Full driving license essential.

Requires P402 minimum and preferably P405 qualification.

Experience in surveying of commercial and industrial properties essential alongside a good knowledge of domestic properties.

Cleared for working in schools and MOD sites preferred.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
