We’re looking to put in place a highly motivated **Sales Negotiator** on a **part time basis** at our fantastic residential sales team in **Morriston,** **Swansea**. Experience in a sales environment and excellent customer relation skills will be required.

**A quick look at the role**

We are a family feel business and you will be welcomed into our friendly team who will train and guide you into the role that we need you to perform in.

We are looking for someone to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the need to cover 1 in 3 Saturdays.

**What’s are the main areas of work: -**
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating property sales
- Preparation of property brochures
- Working the Buyers Register
- Training provided in all areas of work

**Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent**
- Preferably an experienced **sales** person
- Outstanding customer care / **customer service **experience
- Resilient, **positive**, organised, numerate and **detail oriented**:

- Excellent verbal and written **communication** skills
- A **Full UK driving licence.**

**Fresh Estate Agents** is the result of 29 years of combined experience from it's company directors. Opening its first showroom in 2011, which was followed by a second opening in 2017. The company now has the expertise and the capability to cover the whole Swansea area with it's property sales service, with branches in Uplands and Morriston.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
