A leading Financial Planning firm that provides bespoke financial planning advice to individuals and families are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team to provide comprehensive support to the Paraplanners and help to deliver exceptional service to the IFA firms clients.

As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Paraplanners, helping them to deliver high-quality financial advice to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all client files and data are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be expected to liaise with clients, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

The Salary Range for an IFA Administrator in this Financial Planning firm is £25,000 - £30,000

Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the Paraplanners in the preparation of financial planning recommendations and reports

Ensuring all client data and files are up to date and accurate

Handling client queries and requests in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining accurate and complete records of all client interactions and transactions

Liaising with providers, solicitors and other third parties as necessary

Key Skills and Experience:
Experience working in a similar role within a financial planning firm

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
