Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We're seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Surveyor to join our dynamic Technical Services division and Comprehensive Fund Management team. In this exciting role, you'll work closely with our Contract Account Team to drive financial performance and ensure success.

As a Junior Commercial Surveyor, you'll be a key player in our mission to deliver outstanding results. You'll lead pro-active engagement with Contract Account Teams, support operations, and set strategies to minimize risks, maximize opportunities, and avoid disputes. With your knowledge and expertise, you'll help us achieve our goals and exceed our clients' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- Receive and correctly interpret Contract Documentation in order to maximise recovery, avoid costs and mitigate risk - including variations - and balance this with the Client Requirements
- Appropriately challenge activity on Commercial and Technical grounds
- Interrogate large data files, evaluate and provide high quality reports tailored to the audience
- Confidently engage with all stakeholder groups in order to ensure that all SLA timescales are met
- Build Account Team/Client Relationships within areas of responsibility
- Contribute to process development, innovate, deliver operational excellence and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead or supporting Value Enhancement exercises on an activity/project basis

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- Minimum Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar Construction related courses.
- Role suited to recent graduates - development support available from wider team.
- Highly organised with ability to manage priorities and plan complex work for self in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to manage Account Team/Client expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
