You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of promotional material across our UK and Ireland stores. Working closely with our sales and retail operations teams, you will provide innovative marketing solutions to enhance sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the compilation and distribution of promotional documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Create and manage artwork design briefs, overseeing the approval process.
- Proofread all promotional point of sale (POS) and communications.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials by liaising with external print companies and courier services.
- Oversee all price ticketing activities for new and existing lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales trading teams and retail operations to fulfill in-store display and POS requirements.
- Manage databases and spreadsheets, including Franchisee POS asset access.
- Undertake ad hoc POS projects and other activities as required.

**Location**:
Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.

**The Person**
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
- Strong ability to meet strict deadlines and work as part of a team.
- Exceptional organisational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
