- As SLR continues to grow in Europe we require someone to support the accounts payable and expense team. SLR offer a hybrid working format with 2 days in an office per week. The position involves extensive interactions with various stakeholders to ensure relevant tasks and actions are completed that contribute towards the business focus and strategy.**About us**

This is a new position to provide support to the Finance Manager with:

- Overseeing the team of 4
- Liaising with stakeholders external and internal
- Reporting payment requirements
- Assisting with other activities in the Accounts team, including helping with the system and process improvements that will be implemented over the coming year
- Delivering training and sharing knowledge with internal and external teams
- Acting as a point of escalation
- Quality control checks
- Ad hoc accounting duties

**About you**

Alongside experience in an accounts payable position, we are looking for:

- Hands on use of a finance system (input and reporting)
- Experience in leading, or training junior members of, a team
- Strong Excel and finance system skills
- Self-motivated and able to organise your time and others’ effectively
- Flexibility to deal with a wide variety of tasks
- Good communication skills
