**About the Role**
We’re looking for a Product Manager for our Finance Systems to join our growing Butlin’s change team.
Reporting to the Head of IT, this role will be responsible for converting IT strategy and programmes for our Butlin’s Finance systems. Supporting with the migration of existing finance systems as we move to being a standalone business.
Working with the senior management to create product plans and roadmaps aligned to the business priorities, along with analysing feedback from stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements.
Playing a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end capability delivery, including technical build / test, and reviewing products, along with developing and implementing product strategies consistent with company & brand vision for finance systems.
**About You**
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Systems Product Manager who has worked with a diverse set of technology products. Exposure to large scale separation and migration projects, integrating systems along with managing the end-to-end process and growth.Understanding Product life cycle management related to finance systems, along with excellent communication / influencing skills to work with stakeholders and supporting teams.
Working with systems like Dream / Microsoft dynamics or cloud base Solutions knowledge would be a real advantage for this role as you will already have a good understanding of the type of systems in place.As you would be the primary interface with thebusiness for every aspect of the finance system development and progress, we are looking for a true professional who can help us to keep creating smiles. **Interested?
