That’s why in this role you will be responsible for a very small yet complex case load along with thecommitment to the wider business to support, train and nurture budding probate case handlers.

**The Job:
**Our client is looking for an experienced and highly client focused Probate Solicitor to join them at an extremely exciting time in their business’s growth, to help deliver their award-winning probate administration service.

You must be talented, dedicated and always driven to produce the highest quality of work. You will also always maintain a passion for providing excellent customer service, whether to clients, business partners or colleagues.

This role will provide highly technical and expert legal & tax advice and calculations to colleagues, clients, and business partners, as well as taking on a more senior role within training and development. You will also ensure that all stakeholders arekept up to date and that the probate administration across a small complex caseload is managed from end from start to finish.

**The Person**:
You will be a qualified solicitor who has gained solid end to end probate knowledge and experience and now looking to move away from billable hours and a heavy case load and into a role you can make your own and truly make a difference.

You will be a talented, dedicated and pro-active individual, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.Whilst professional experience is of the highest importance, it is of equal importance that you are a suitable fit for the culture ourclient offers as a business and uphold four core values and behaviours: Pro-activity, Professionalism, Pride and Politeness.

**The hours: **Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week / Flexible working / Part-time considered**
