We have a new role _**Wellbeing Navigator**_ within the Assistant Practitioner Team.

At Young Somerset we are looking for the right person who can help children and young people access the right help at the right time. Our Navigators will understand the Young Somerset offer, their communities and the wide range of services available within them. You will be passionate about getting it right, an able communicator and focused on using your experience to connect children, young people and parents with the help they need to understand their mental health and wellbeing.

**Contract**: Permanent

**Start Date**: As soon as possible

**Closing Date**: 1pm - Wednesday 22nd February 2023

**Expected interview date**: Friday 3rd March 2023

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,183.00-£23,080.00 per year
