IT Sales Administrator

This is a fast paced, growing organisation delivering quality managed IT services in and around London.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Ordering**:
- Preparing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders for customers using SAGE accounting software.
- Customer product ordering, researching best value for money product to meet customer needs, and stock allocation.
- Ensuring all customer orders are processed from initial customer request through to implementation on customer site, customer contact.
- Support tech team and sales team and bridge roles to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Post project installation, calling customer to ensure happy with service/product provided and providing feedback to the team of the customer experience.
**Sales**
- Identifying new sales opportunities with existing client base.
- Work closely with existing customer base, develop customer relationships and up sale where possible.
- Attend customer visits quarterly with the Sales Account Manager and creation of roadmaps.
**.IT**
- Maintain office 365 user lists and reconcile contracts and supplier invoice
- Warranty registration / Maintain Warranty lists / Care packs.
- Webroot reconciliation
- Roadmap Sales order creation on customer accounts in AutoTask
**.Voice**
- Ordering new lines / ADSL etc creating the accounts for customers to meet order requirements and also cancelling lines when no longer required.
- Mobile phone account creation.
- Updating 1K sheet to reflect current services provided and billable to customers.
- Mobile data alerts, advising customers when their data usage reaches certain limits.
**People Management**
- Some people management responsibilities required to ensure the smooth relationship between both the technical team and sales and support teams.
- Ability to co-ordinate the teams to ensure they are meeting customer demands and deadlines.
**Key Skills / Experience Required**
- Extensive experience of working within a client focussed environment.
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
- A mentality of always delivering on commitments.
- Positive attitude and a can-do attitude.
- Strong process experience and understanding of managing to best practice standards.
- Self-motivated and pro-active approach.
- Excellent communicator with great attention to detail.
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
