Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an Admin Receptionist in Coatbridge to work with a Facilities Management company.
**About the job**:
- Monday - Friday
- 27.5 Hours per week
- £10.42 p/h
- The Admin Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative and receptionist support to the North Lanarkshire council.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet and assist visitors, including directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for office staff.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Manage the office calendar and schedule.
- Provide support for special projects and events as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of COUPA & CAFM Systems is desirable.
- 1-2 years of administrative or receptionist experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
