A great opportunity has arisen for a Head of Treasury to join a fast paced & growing business on a six-month interim basis, possibly longer. You will be responsible for a range of corporate treasury work, ranging from cashflow forecasting, cash management,treasury operations, FX and treasury risk management. A competitive day rate is on offer along with hybrid working pattern.

We need a treasury professional who will ensure robust frameworks and controls are in place to meet regulatory requirements. An experienced individual who'll support the development of the wider business and optimise Treasury returns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and managing the Group's day-to-day treasury operation to meet regulatory and internal requirements
- Optimising the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet expected risk and return profiles
- Manage the day-to-day treasury investment portfolios, across money market funds and bank deposits including multi-currency
- Reducing the Group's bank accounts
- Producing short
- and medium-term cash flow forecasting to support decision making on cash investments
- Working with Group Treasury to ensure operations and risk management follow Group policies & compliance and achieve strategic consistency
- Establish and embed new processes and procedures with the team
- Support the planning, budgeting & forecasting and audit processes
- Working closely with other departments including the Audit, Financial Accounting and Regulatory Reporting teams, and the wider business

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills and a 'hands on' attitude
- Ability to understand complex financial concepts and simplify these to communicate effectively
- Multi-currency exposure across global entities
- Experience and understanding of treasury management within a corporate environment
- AMCT Qualified (preferred)
- Accounting Qualification and/or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in building Treasury processes and controls
