Holy Spirit Home Care is a small Independent Home Care Provider in Worksop, S80 2PU.

We are looking for an organised, friendly, proactive Administrator. You will be working full time Monday - Friday 09:00-16:00, helping ensure the safe and smooth running of our Office. If you take pride in delivering an exceptional service, whilst helping to improve the lives of those we care for, you could become part of an amazing and supportive team with a career at Holy Spirit Home Care.

The Administrator will be paid £12.00 per hour

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the business on the management team
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Assisting with the onboarding and induction of new care workers
- Ensuring all training is up to date within the team
- Supporting the manager with supervisory tasks
- Quality control and auditing of paperwork
- Dealing with client and Care Specialists enquiries
- Supporting and assisting the care team
- Meeting all company and regulatory requirements

The successful administrator is required to have experience of
- Supervisory experience in care (desirable)
- A commitment to equal opportunities within our company.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- The ability to sympathise and manage difficult calls or enquiries.
- To demonstrate clear and concise communication skills.
- To demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- To demonstrate good interaction within a team.
- Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
