**Part Time Store Supervisor / 3- 4 days**

We are looking for a friendly, confident and personable individual to work alongside our existing team in our Margate store. Someone who can interact comfortably with customers and co-workers alike. You will have an eye for detail; maintaining the highest standards with regard to the running and appearance of the store. A proven track record in fashion, retail or sales at a senior level is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales focused, with an ability to help customers with considered service and knowledge
- Identifying opportunities for improvement to product ranges and providing feedback
- Supporting the Manager & owner in operational administration
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising across the store
- Ensuring cleanliness, health and safety and presentation standards are met at all times
- Support customer requests and enquiries
- Online and POS management
- Assisting in online order fulfilment and returns/exchanges
- Online content creation, social media and product photography

**Experience**
- Previous fashion retail or similar fast paced sales experience
- Customer service
- Visual merchandising

**Skills**
- Excellent organisation, decision making and analytical skills
- Time management
- Great social skills
- Eye for detail
- A can-do attitude
- Strong interest in fashion, trends and styling
- E-commerce /POS stock management systems, such as Shopify, Lightspeed, Squarespace etc
- Understanding of social media platforms
- Interest in photography, design, copywriting

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
