**About the Role..**

To undertake the day-to-day co-ordination of Fleet Maintenance activities across the London Hire Group, Including all associated / satellite divisions, to ensure that all London Hire, along with third party contracted maintenance vehicles are managed and maintained in line with client Service Level Agreements, manufacturers recommended maintenance schedules, and all current and pending legislation.

Supplier management is a key element of this role, reviewing all estimates / quotation to ensure correct repair times, and parts costs and relevant discounts have been applied.

**Relationship with Others**:
The Fleet Administrator will need to embrace interactions and develop working relationships with all departments with London Hire, Sales, Rentals, HR, Finance, Logistics etc.

There will also be a requirement to liaise with external clients and the supplier base to London Hire, to ensuring that as a minimum all contractual requirements are achieved if not surpassed, whilst also delivering recommendations to enhancements the customer experience.

**Main Responsibilitie**

To ensure that:

- Client service levels are maintained to the highest possible standards
- Upload all information onto internal fleet system
- Client Recharges, ensure client recharges are completed for:
- Vehicle damage (Mechanical recharges and Rental)
- Liaise with the Rental Team to ensure London Hire Clients Service Level Agreements are achieved
- Ensure vehicles remain legally complaint at all times during operation.
- Manage the Dart Charge Account, pay crossings and PCNs and recharge customers
- Manage the Congestion Charge Account, adhoc payments, PCNs and recharge customers
- Ensure supplier and subcontractor invoices are checked against agreed prices, challenge and dispute invoices as required
- Health & Safety legislation is observed at all times
- Ensure maximum vehicle up time is achieved
- Ensure London Hire Process are adhered too.
- Communicate / Engage with Clients and Staff to build in teamwork.
- General desk and office housekeeping is improved and maintained
- Inter departmental communication / relationships are developed
- User of all Fleet Management Systems in place, evaluate and recommend improvements
- Provide cover for staff absences / holiday cover
- Undertake any reasonable request made by a member of Management

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,700.00 per year
