Our client is a customer focussed, mortgage and savings provider located in Leicestershire. They have a new opportunity for an experienced, mortgage professional to join their sales team, to provide a fast and efficient support to their intermediary partners.
Key duties of the Broker Support role holder will include:
- To assess incoming intermediary mortgage enquiries in regard to credit and conduct risk appetites through detailed analysis of supporting documentation.
- To decline any enquiry that does not meet lending policy in a professional manner.
- To prepare and present recommended enquiries to credit committee in a clear and concise format.
The successful individual will possess:
- Prior experience of relationship building/customer service with an intermediary panel
- CeMap would be desirable
Whilst our clients head office is based in Leicestershire, they can offer a hybrid approach to the working week, with circa 2/3 days in the office and the remainder working remotely.
