**Job Details**

To install, maintain, programme, and demonstrate Community Alarm and Telecare devices for vulnerable Service Users within their own homes, throughout Fife. Assessing the need for electrical and telecommunication service/alterations and making arrangements including use of specialist contractors. You will be required to work as a team and a lone worker within the community as well as working office based: testing/ programming equipment & trialling new equipment, working & running daily office duties recording and updating records and arranging appointments.

**The Person**

Experience/knowledge of working within a Care Environment or with Vulnerable individuals.

Adult Protection Awareness.

Good Communication skills including telephone enquires

Knowledge of Community Alarm and Telecare Aids.

Basic IT Skills.

Uplifting equipment from locations throughout Fife.

Conducting a technical assessment of faulty units.

Use your own initiative and work as part of a team.

A driving licence is essential to this role and the ability to travel throughout Fife.
