**Content Marketing Writer**

We currently have a new and interesting opportunity for a Content Marketing Writer to join Ciphr.

Initially on a 6-month FTC, this role is perfect for someone looking to take on a hands-on Content Marketing role that will add value and will positively impact the business from the get-go.

**Location**:
The role is remote within the UK but will require occasional travel for meetings.

We also have an office based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire which all Ciphr employees are welcome to utilise.

**Contract**:
This is a 6-month fixed term contract, full time.

We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Writer for a 6-month, fixed-term contract, to support the ambitious 2023 goals of Ciphr’s marketing team.

This role would be ideal for a copywriter with one to three years’ experience looking for a short-term contract, or for a freelancer who is happy to work in-house on a temporary basis.

**On a day-to-day basis of a Content Marketing Writer, this is what you can expect**:

- Create marketing collateral such as website copy, blogs, and articles, to a high level of accuracy and with SEO front of mind
- Write articles for Ciphr’s blog about key industry themes and topics that are closely related to our products. You’ll do this by researching content, identifying, and interviewing relevant experts where necessary, and writing up your findings
- Update articles from Ciphr’s content archive with fresh information
- Load and publish content to Ciphr’s website using a content management system

**If you have the following skills, you may be a perfect fit**:

- Excellent written communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing, copywriting, journalism or editorial environment
- While not essential, knowledge of the HR, payroll, and recruitment industry will be helpful
- An ability to get to grips with a new industry and products rapidly
- Experience of working with a content management system (ideally WordPress) and deploying content through social media channels including creating simple header images
- Able to manage your time efficiently, and juggle deadlines as required
- Comfortable working in a team that mostly works and collaborates remotely
